01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 999win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all access and use of the 999win website, its games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any related services.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 999win platform, you confirm that:

One account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a different device, or a different payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

03 Account Rules

Your 999win account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials — your username and password — and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or play games
• You must notify 999win support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation
• You are responsible for any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals processed using your login credentials, regardless of whether you personally authorised the activity
• Account balances are non-transferable between players and cannot be sold, assigned, or gifted
• You must keep your registered contact information — including your mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times

However, the security of your login credentials is your responsibility. 999win is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security on your own devices.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 999win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method

Any attempt to deposit funds through a fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment method will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

999win offers various bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, cashback deals, and VIP rewards to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address
• Bonus funds are distinct from real money balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who register and deposit legitimately for the purposes of genuine gaming activity
• Players who register primarily to exploit bonuses, or who systematically use bonus offers across multiple accounts, will have their accounts closed and bonuses forfeited

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 999win is subject to the following rules, which apply across sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, bingo, and all other game categories available on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed — you cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system
• All sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance — the odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing mistake in betting odds or game payouts, 999win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts

• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation — results are final and non-reversible
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, technical glitches, or errors in game logic to generate unfair wins is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any resulting winnings
• Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per game session, and per day — these limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby or betting market interface

Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and other cricket competitions available on 999win are governed by the official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body. 999win follows official score and result declarations for all settlement purposes.

07 VIP Programme

The 999win VIP Programme rewards consistent players across all game categories with enhanced benefits at each tier level. The programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

• VIP tier progression is based on cumulative PKR wagering across all game categories within a rolling period — specific thresholds are displayed in the VIP section of your account
• VIP points and tier status are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another player
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited to your account on the scheduled day for your tier

11 Suspension & Closure

999win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspicious activity on the account — including unusual betting patterns, suspected fraud, or potential money laundering
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account suspension

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, 999win will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution where it is lawful and practical to do so. Where an account is closed due to confirmed Terms breach, any balance — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited in full.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms breach is involved, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification.

12 Limitation of Liability

999win makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and do not accept liability for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues outside 999win's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses arising from your own decisions regarding betting and gaming activity on the platform
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or mobile wallet operators
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind arising from use of the platform

Nothing in these Terms limits 999win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 999win's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

13 Changes to Terms
